Mr. Gormley: I hope that matter is clarified.  On promised legislation, we have been told by sections of the media that privacy legislation is in the pipeline.  Will that form part of the defamation Bill or will it be separate legislation?
 
   Mr. N. Dempsey: There is no legislation promised.  As part of the programme for Government there is a commitment to examine the position regarding privacy laws.
